Come and join our Mat Pilates at Pauntley Village Hall every Monday from 11.15 a.m. to 12.15 p.m.
These low-impact classes are suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. Pilates is a great way to help you improve your fitness and endurance. It can help you become more flexible and also strengthen your core muscles, which will improve your posture and help prevent lower back pain. No need to book – just come along and try it!
