Trustee Meetings

The Village Hall Trustee meets throughout the year and the dates for the meetings can be found below. They are also advertised in the Parish magazine and in the parish noticeboards at least three working days before the meeting. Draft Minutes will be posted on this site and then show as approved by the Committee following the next meeting once signed.

All meetings are held in Pauntley Village Hall, in Brand Green (What3 words: crunchy.cowering.mastering) and members of the public are very welcome at these meetings. The meetings start at approximately 6.15 pm.
