Our Hall Hire Terms of hire and information sheet can be found HERE. Please ensure you read the terms of the hiring agreement before you complete the form and confirm your booking.
Once you have confirmation that your chosen dates are available please complete our BOOKING FORM and return to PauntleyVHenquiries@outlook.com.
We welcome local groups and organisations who would like to use our grounds to camp. Please find attached our CAMPING INFORMATION SHEET for your reference. Rachel is happy to help with any queries you may have.
FEES:
During colder months, we reserve the right to add a heating supplement to our hire charges as we no longer have a coin meter for our heating. You will be informed at the time of booking.
- Hall hire £18.00 per session, (three sessions a day in the morning, afternoon and evening), plus £3 heating supplement.
- All day hire £54.00 plus heating supplement to be advised.
- Hourly rate £12.50 plus £1 heating supplement.

We would welcome enquiries for regular bookings for activities such as Keep Fit, Dog Training or for any other classes or groups who meet weekly or monthly, and favourable rates apply to regular bookings such as these.
